Emergency Platform

MyLifeline is a cloud web based emergency platform that integrates a range of panic buttons. Our platform is available for end consumers as well as control rooms in security estates, retirement homes and other security and emergency related services.

How it works

1. Wearable

We provide you with one of our integrated Panic Buttons that works anywhere a cellular connection is available.

2. Panic

In the event of a sudden emergency, a distress signal can be activated by pressing a button on the Panic Device. Selected products also offer the ability to send a distress signal if the device detects that the person fell down.

3. Control Room

Our control room will receive the estimated GPS location on a map on our Emergency Platform. The operator can then call the person directly on the Panic device to establish the severity of the situation. A workflow built-into the platform can guide the operator how to proceed.

4. Emergency Contacts

Up to 5 emergency contacts can be loaded onto each profile which in the event of an emergency will send SMS messages to each contact including their estimated GPS location. The 5 emergency contacts will also be available as part of the workflow for the control room operator to make contact to anyone that might be be able to respond.

4G Pendant

The EV04 Panic Button is a pendant that can be worn around your neck or keys. Accessories that can be bought separately includes wrist strap, belt clip and docking station with panic button docking station.

EV06
4G Watch

The EV06 Panic Button is wrist watch with step-counter, heart-rate monitor and screen to show date, time and battery levels. This device works on 2G/3G/4G networks where available.

EV05
4G Watch

The EV05 Panic Button is wrist watch with step-counter, heart-rate monitor and screen to show date, time and battery levels. This device works on 2G/3G/4G networks where available.

BIV07
2G Pendant

The Blue Idea (07) Panic Button is a low cost entry level pendant that can be worn around your neck or keys. This is a 2G device and will only work where 2G networks are available.

EV07B
2G / 3G / 4G Pendant

The EV07B Panic Button is a pendant that can be worn around your neck or keys. There are two versions a more economic 2G version and more expensive 4G version. Accessories that can be bought separately includes wrist strap, belt clip and docking station with panic button docking station.

RFV45 CAT1 4G Pendant

The RFV45 Pendant device is a versatile and easy to use pendant device. It can be worn as a wrist watch or pendant. The LCD screen conveniently shows time, battery life and network strength along with the ability to hear the time when the button is pressed.
